  First, let me say that I HATE Chili’s and TgiFridays. That said, I would rather eat there than Legado. Started with outdated entertainment, moved to warm wine, finished with poor quality food. I was a bit surprised when we walked in the restaurant was practically empty, but then when they offered half price bottles of wine on a Saturday night, I knew something was wrong. Tried it, cross it off the list.
