  I called today at 4:53pm with a few questions about getting a policy for a car that I am buying in AZ and traveling to CA with. The woman on the phone allowed me to explain my situation for 20 seconds, responded with "hello?" 3 times then hung up. I understand it was the end of the day near close but this was a blatant attempt to end the call because she hung up and failed to call back. I called back immediately and there was no answer. Thanks for the help.
