  Friendly service and good prices. I went into Pacific Park looking to have my grandmother’s ring melted and reformed into a necklace pendant for my mom. I had gone into other jewelers and asked for their prices for this service. Pacific Park had the best price and Colin assured me that it could be done unlike other jewelers I had seen who were unsure if they could fulfill my request. He was friendly and honest about the limitations of the job because of how small the ring was. But he told me he could still have it done. He checked in throughout the process making sure that they were doing what I wanted. I got the pendant and it was perfect, exactly what I hoped. Recommend for having jewelry altered or made.

  After getting a $5.99 watch battery replacement coupon in the mail, I took my watch in to get battery replaced. Replaced the battery on Sat. Less than 24 hours later, watch stopped working. I've read other reviews where others took thier watches in to replace batteries and less than a week later, watch stops working BUT they're more than willing to charge you $85 to "service" your watch. I'm taking my watch to have battery replaced elsewhere to see if they have a scam going on here. Are they putting in used batteries in so you go back and have to get your watch serviced? Has anyone else experienced this???
  ---UPDATE---
  I took my watch into another jeweler in the area and had them look it over. They first noticed the gasket was sticking out of the edges and that the battery cover wasn't correctly replaced. Then when they opened it, they pointed out that the small metal battery holder piece was mangled. What's frustrating is when I initially watched them remove my battery for the $5.99 replacement, it was in perfect condition. So... with all of that being said, I wouldn't trust this jeweler with your expensive jewelry needs.
