  This a real nice gym hidden behind the park. It shares its pool with the city of Laguna Niguel. It has a nice path that leads to Laguna Niguel lake.
  
  Reggie is usually at the desk in the evenings and if you become a regular he greats you by name. I do t know how he remembers everyone but what awesome customer service.
  
  Hot coffee for free in the mornings!
  
  I usually get my but kicked by Fabiola at the spin class. She has a great smile especially when she knows your sweating up a storm and then she yells out "Add" . She creates a great ambiance with her mini DJ lights and her music . She kills me in class but love her to death for getting me into shape.
  
  They just got a new machines tons of cardio machines and a free weights room downstairs.
