  The facility is the main draw to this place. It’s big and beautiful though it’s starting to show signs of wear and tear in the steam room and sauna. Unfortunately when one of them breaks they are down for days or even weeks. Management does nothing in terms of compensating you for the lack of facilities - they blame it on a vendor. Very low service compared to what real high end corporations live up to. The type of service you would expect from a $20/month gym. This place starts at $159/month for a single membership and family memberships are over $300/month.
  They offer freebies via email (group personal training trials) to which there is no follow up or response if you try to take them up on the offer. Makes no sense.
  
  All in all your basically paying for the large space, a nicer pool area and towel service (if you compare it to anywhere else). You decide if it’s worth the exponential increase in cost. If it have any issues with the place, they largely fall on deaf ears like the other reviews say. Ive been a member since day one and am so disappointed in the direction the club has gone. They had an amazing staff But talent can only put up with so much pressure without compensation and they end up leaving.
  
  There was So much potential here, but it’s apparent they will never live up to it. The only reason I haven’t left yet is convenience but I’m constantly looking at the competition and my days as a member here are numbered!
